These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by IRAD Academy GmbH, including both online and offline courses. By enrolling in a course or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility for Enrollment
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
For certain courses, participants may be required to meet specific prerequisites (e.g., prior knowledge or qualifications). Enrollment is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Course Payment
Full payment must be made prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans are available for specific courses, as outlined during registration.
Any late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials or participation in offline sessions.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is available on our website.
Offline courses: If a participant withdraws before the start of the course, a partial refund may be issued. No refunds are provided once the course has started.
Online courses: Refund eligibility depends on whether course materials have been accessed.
4. Attendance and Participation
Offline Courses:
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
A minimum attendance percentage may be required to receive certification.
Online Courses:
Completion of assignments and participation in interactive sessions may be mandatory for certification.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students during both online and offline sessions.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, slides, and documents, are the intellectual property of IRAD Academy GmbH. Participants may not share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission.
7. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements (e.g., attendance, assignments, and assessments).
Replacement certificates may be issued for a fee if requested.
8. Health and Safety (For Offline Courses)
Participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided during the offline sessions. Emergency contact details may be required during registration for offline courses.
The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances affecting health and safety.
9. Liability
IRAD Academy GmbH is not liable for any personal injuries, loss of personal property, or other damages that occur during offline sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.
Participants are responsible for securing their own devices and internet connections for online courses.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes through the contact information provided during registration.
11. Governing Law
